Barrel Upgrade question

Just got paid ( ) and want to get some more upgrades for my tank. The short barrel on my HL Tiger S&S is annoying me so im gonna extend it. I was just wondering if this barrel http://www.tankzone.co.uk/images/tam/p4/ti_gun01a.jpg would mount into a bog standard hl tiger turret if i cut away the old one?

Hi there you can always add the short barrel extension piece , which costs around £5 . Which I did on my Tiger , unless your adding recoil ?

Aye thats right i seen that, though the eventual plan is to add recoil. Plus i want to change the muzzle brake. Do you think this barrel will mount?

what recoil unit are you using a hl recoil unit or the asitam one , if its the later asitam make a barrel to fit their unit

I havent got a recoil unit yet. I was just wondering if this barrel will fit into a standard BB firing turret to save me a couple of quid buying one and it not fitting.

why not try Forgebears turretts all ready done

Those turrets look great but dont have that amount of cash to spend

So can the aftermarket barrels be fitted to the standard bb system?

Give dave (forgebear) a shout you may be able to come to an "arrangement" on one

if im correct youll lose the BB firing ability unless the barrel you buy is made to suit the original bb gun tube insert
