I don't know how to copy pic's so I haven't included one but some of you
have probably seen Tasca's 1/24th Panzer II looks good and looks like it
could at a squeeze be RC able.
By looking around the net it looks like they may release some more armour
in this scale. Nice to see something a bit different and a smaller tank also.
Even better if someone came out with a smaller tank in 1/16th!!!!
Any one built Tasca's Panzer II, what's she like?

Re: Tasca Panzer II
That would be great to have in 16th scale or even the marder I might be able to squeeze two on the one shelf I think the big problem would be fitting the electronics in the small hull.

Firefly Keith - that's the 'Luchs' version - I think Tankmad means the new released Panzer II Ausf F as used in North Africa and Russia in early 1940.
Re: Tasca Panzer II
Saw a build thread in this months AFV modeller. They built a worn winter version which looks pretty good to be honest. They gave it a good write up, plastic/mould quality etc. Some slight suggestion that if this is a hit, that Tasca will make more in this scale. Would love it, even as a static build, in 1/16th tho.

Yup
Its due to come out in DAK colours/decals soon too, individual track links etc. Similar spec to Tamiya's old Centurion and Tiger I kits. I might get one, transfer the gearbox from an old 1/25th Toystar kit and off she goes!

Now I would like the Luchs in 1/16 as I think it would be a great little model to RC.
