Re: missing posts ?
This obviously makes whoever is deleting the posts feel good about himself, so let him have his moment

Re: missing posts ?
Hi Guys they have also deleted the bigest post on the RCU with over 13,000 hits and about 13 pages of replys the post was started by FV432 (Rob) asking if anyone wanted to start a tank club in the U.K. this and other posts that we have put on have been deleted I have had a few posts deleted I bet some of you have had some deleted .What is the point of deleting posts that are so popular and give infomation to members only to have it deleted all the photos you have down loaded to RCU are gone all the info you passed on to other guys who may have needed it has gone .

Re: missing posts ?
so have they just put the thread back on, or have we all just missed where they had put it ?
Re: missing posts ?
If you click on the button(posts) it shows all posts listed in alphabetical order (in reverse
) then just look for the one you want
had noticed the link in the clubs section was dead maybe because it was to the old forum not here
but they have removed posts and it is really got my goat now >:( >:( >:( >:(

Re: missing posts ?
Just let it go guys, no point goading the mods or posting stuff that makes us look like jerks - leave that kind of nonsense to pro's like 'pcomm1'! ::)
The mods on RCU are probably the worst I have ever seen - on a well run board if a topic gets too hot the mod makes a statement to that effect in the thread, and then locks it - not just make it disappear and pretend it never happened...
The fact that they let those endless "my tank is better than your tank" threads run for days (or sometimes weeks!?) indicates that they only step in when they feel the forum itself is threatened - they don't care if you don't post, so long as you log in and see the sponsors' ad's!
I'm not having a pop at anybody here, just a plea for folks to take a deep breath and calm down a bit
- as BIGMIG observed (before it was deleted!) that forum is dying, lets not rub it in by making a fuss about there being a BETTER forum being out there

TFI Friday! Cheers!
