Simple pilzes for your HL Tiger

Post by Miggers »

Not guaranteed to be 100% accurate, but it looks about right.

You will need:

3 off 6mm o.d x 3mm i.d washers(brass,steel or plasticard as long as the dimensions are good)

Superglue(C.A to our US readers)

Bi-Carbonate of Soda

Tweezers

3mm half round plastic section

Side cutters

Paint

Simply glue one of the washers to the ends of the lifting lug stubs.
Wait for the glue to set, then carefully flood the "hole" in the washer with C.A and sprinkle with the Bi-Carb.
Leave that to set(very quickly indeed) and blow off the excess Bi-Carb powder.

Cut a short length of the 3mm half round plastic section, say about 4mm and glue that
into the pocket at the back of the turret in the storage bin.
Using the side cutters, carefully snip off two thirds of the last washer and glue that to the end of the 3mm plastic section.

The C.A/Bi-Carb on the side lugs will now be rock solid,so carefully file off any excess to get the profile of the pilze.
Finally paint then weather to choice.

Simple innit ;)
