Hi I joined the forum last year and got some good info from it but could someone help me with your posts because for the last 2 hours I have been trying to fathom out how to add some photo's to a post that I have being trying to write and also how to add an advatar to my profile.

I have just spent the last week on & off trying to upload pics , with an even more spectacular lack of success 
Just one question
, what exactly is a "P M" I do not do computer speak, or abbreviations, so in plain english please, what are you all talking about
