mato sherman

Post by 29th mp »

Hi All, i started takeing my sherman appart so i could re spray and change the barrel once my mate is finished doing it
i descoverd inside the big plastic barrel is a metal barrel which is not far off 76mm, i compared it to a impact 17lb and i think once sprayed will look a lot better, i had to fill in 2 small holes on the barrel and around the mantlet hole as it was a bit big,
see what you think,

i will re-spray this aft and get some more pic's up if rain holds off just need the M/break now to finish it off

The sherman looks really good. What paint did you use for the final coat?
