yup pinion from an old bandia gearbox and works flawless give the 5mm spacing needed for the patern
Re: field mod
Great Idea, simple easy to make and same spacing every time.I have several pinion gears if the pitch is the same then the number of teeth would not matter, correct? You would get the same space between each tooth on a 10 or 12.correct?

the pitch is 32 and 15 tooth the secret is to keep you tool wet with water as you roll to prevent the epoxy from sticking to the teeth of the gear and also keep you finger wet when you press the puty onto the tank hull tyhe putty spreads evenly and wont stick to your fingers and the water will not harm the putty

THAT is a brilliant looking KT
...I just love KTs with NO mudguards whatsoever, soooo battleworn and MEAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: field mod
Great job on the Zim. Applying it is not as easy as it looks. Great KT as well. Is that the early Tamiya version with 2 ch function, with not rotation of the turret or gun elevation ( I see that you have added these other functions )

Great job, starting with a static must involve some serious work.
