German 20-ton Jacks

Hi Guys, does anyone have pictures of real 20-ton jacks, primarily the ones used on the Tiger. I need details to get mine looking perfect. Were the turning handles wood or metal?

the handle on the 2nd pic is metal and was the none folding type.

don't quote me' but if i remember correctly they were dug up along with tonnes more stuff by a farmer who sold it all on to collectors and museums cant remember where though.

Do you know if they're all wartime jacks? I'm interested if the black and silver plates on the top of the first two have been added later. The marking numbers are handy though. I can add those to mine.

the tiger 1 used three types of jack and the pics are the real wartime items, the guy who found these also had a tiger 1 stowage bin which he kept chicken feed in, the bin was still in its original colors with the remains of the number still visible on it.

i did a bit more research and the jacks on the first pic are more than likely from a panther than a tiger 1, the black and silver plate is a weight restriction tag, heres a couple more tiger jack pics.

Thank you again oz, they were excellent, and a great help. The Aber parts are quite accurate it seems. It shouldn't take much altering to get it fairly accurate, and some decals and tiny brass letters to add some of the labelling for a bit more accuracy.
