how to post pics

hi all i cant seem to upload any pics in the show off section it keeps telling me my picture is too big and no matter what i do i cant seem to make them smaller can anyone help please

if you have windows follow the link, scroll down to the bottom of the page, on the right fifth from the bottom (imageresizer,exe) click download and install.

one more thing, to resize the pic right click on it and from the menu click on resize it'll have 3 or 4 different sizes to pick from choose the one you want and a duplicate of your resized pic will appear on your page.
