Thanks for all the comments guys, this has been a labour of love, lol.
Andy, thanks, the texturing does look good, but you don't get the full effect until the paint is on. But it adds depth to the surfaces, if not 100% realistic.
Alan, your Tiger is great!

I may have gone silly with detail, but this is by no means an outdoor runner, bits would be lost for good. Infact she'll sit on a shelf on a diorama base when finished for 99% of the time, and be run on special occasions. I plan on doing a hardy battler later on that'll be slightly less detailed, but more sturdy. The Tiger just has so many detail options avaliable to it I couldn't resist.
Matt, I hope it doesn't continue too much longer, lol.

I'd like to see the finished thing one day!

I have several other projects on the go as well. I've got a King Tiger i'm gathering parts for and I also do 1/6 figures. I'm working on 2 at the moment, including one in mid-jump with a full parachute. Their also to the same level of detail as the Tiger. I've started to get into airsoft as well, so i'm going to be working on a couple of airsoft guns, and a full paratrooper set of gear. But the Tiger trundles along, and will get finished eventually. I'm dreading the painting bit! lol
But I got a little bit done this morning, just the jerry can rack on the turret bin. I'd built one originally, but it was too simple and glued together. So I took it off because I didn't like it and b=made a new soldered together one. I used the sprue from the Aber sets for the strip, it really comes in handy for easily solderable thin brass strip.
EDIT: Unfortunately I seem to have lost the pictures for this guys.
Cheers,
Rik
