I must be odd one out i have never had a problem with them.Prices are top end and i only get odd things from them that cant be got any where else.

As an adendum to my last post about this company, I Emailed them on the 10th of this month about the availability of an item and as of yet haven't got so much as jack from them!
They suggest that you email them to guarentee a reply then they just don't bother, how long does it take to check stock and type a reply? Apalling customer service.
had they bothered to contact me they would have had a good £300 plus off me. As it is, the money has gone to sellers who actually DO care about customer service. If they were cheap you could perhaps understand the slackness...but they're not! "companies" like this REALLY pee me off...........and relaaaaaaax
