Hello also From the Snowy North (Michigan)

Post by mastermsu »

Wanted to introduce myself. Long time and very casual RC fan since the 1980's Big Kid at heart!

Love RC tanks and recently purchased a Mato King Tiger (always wanted a heavy bruiser) and also have a few Heng Long Shermans and USA Korean War era tanks.

Looking to learn more about the hobby and tank customization and local meetups.

Thanks!

Welcome (from the no longer sleet covered) Texas. :) Just to add some perspective...it was 64F today so I put the convertible top down on the way to work. :haha:

Welcome from Ontario, Canada.
Snow and biting cold! Finally, it crept up to -1C today. Walked up the driveway to get the mail in my shirtsleeves! Let's see that Tiger...when you have a sec.

"Big Kid at heart!" That's the best kind! I wish there were "local meet-ups." I'm in Wisconsin, on the other side of the drink. How is it going with your Mato Tiger? Is it running well? For Korean War Era, I can think of the M24 Chaffee, M4A3E8 "Easy Eight" Sherman, M26 Pershing and even an early M46 Patton.

Hello "Big Kid" from an unusually cold Florida, where last week it was 74 degrees, but 3 nights ago it dropped to 24!
