recoil barrel problem

Post by leswado »

Hi
This is my first post so i hope it's in the right section.
I have fitted a smoking /light to my tiger one which is working great but the barrel does not recoil when using it on smoke and light. If i turn the smoke and light off then the barrel will recoil.
Anyone know a fix to get the barrel recoil ,smoke and light all working together.

ITS A HENGLONG TIGER 1 V7

Thanks.

Anytime some functions work and others don't, a good first troubleshooting task is to make sure the battery is taking a full charge and then fully charge the battery. Then check functions again. The boards will be erratic with a low charge and you'll get stuff like sounds but no movement, or only turns left, or turret turns but no forward, etc.

How is recoil solved in 7.0 because in 7.1 it's a servo.

Tiz a good question. I've got some answers but I'd like to see what the OP shares.

I would open up the tank and provide some pictures of everything, how it’s hooked up, etc.

Can you provide a link or picture of the kit you used?

How are you turning the smoke and light on and off?

Is it gun smoke or exhaust smoke?

A TK7.0 can’t do servo recoil, unless you’re trying to Frankenstein one of the Taigen/Torro servo recoil kits into it. It should still be the recoil that is attached to the Airsoft plunger. Is the plunger still pulling back and shooting BBs?

A la Dr. Frankenstein :D Here's a video showing the converter used with a TK7.0 board to utilize the Servo for barrel recoil-

Unfortunately the part has been unavailable for some time-

But I'm pretty sure the OP is talking about the HL airsoft "recoil" as they call it just as you are mentioning.

Another question did he jump CN6?
