Most walls are 2.4mm thick. Yes its a bit tight, model long 385mm wide 166mm.

So it would be 615mm and 265mm in 1/10 scale if my calculations are correct. Would be quite a decent size tank.

Because the hull is so narrow ive had to widen it by 8mm to accept the Heng Long gearbox easily. Just too much hassle finding smaller motors and still having to shoe horn it in. I don't think the wider hull will be noticeable once all the decorative parts are added.

That's the office some professors want: a comfortable chair, lots of filing cabinets, and free-floating machine guns to discourage crabby students and uncooperative colleagues. :haha:

Those humble plastic HL gearboxes must feel honoured!
Incredible design work and building. Dare I say this will be the only RC Whippet in the world?!
