Problems loading photographs onto threads...

Hi Guys,
Is anyone else unable to attach photographs to threads or is it just me ? I have tried to reattach photos that were lost during the server move but I am simply unable to even though it was my thread!!! I am also trying to put a new topic into the 'Hints and Tips Section' ...BUT ...again I am unable to attach any pictures.
Scooby has offered lots of advice but none of them work.....SO...can everyone else attach photos and is it just me being a dumbo or are there others like me ??

Alb, please check your photo size.

I'm not sure of what the current photo limits are, but 640 x 480 and <100kb should work O.O
if not then please report back!

I have had some problem's,but have done some resizing and it seems to work.
