Hello from NJ, USA.

I'm pretty much a WW2 tank guy.

But I'm looking fondly on the modern stuff.

When you get em in and work them up, post pictures.

Welcome aboard TRB!
(BTW, what part of Texas are you from? Out here in Tyler area, nobody uses words like "whilst", let alone "G'day" :) )

Nice work there on Flickr! And you are a lucky man with a Mrs that will tank-battle with you! In any case, I too am a Texas RC Tanker newb, and look forward to your posts especially on the Challenger (Yay UK!) and Abrams ('murica -- f'yeah!)

Cheers mate, I'm up Denton way, via Australia, so lots of Aussie-isms abound, though it does make it hard to hide! In saying that, the Abrams was bought to specifically make an Aussie example :D
I've visited the Hobby Town in Tyler a few times, do they carry any parts for our 1/16th tanks?

The Hobby Town in Waco is supposed to start carrying more tank stuff. Not sure if they will be stocking parts though. The Texas Armor Association group is supposed to be having a tank day at the Waco store some time in the future.
