Fusion.
Taught myself about 4 years ago watching YouTube videos.
You are pretty good with Fusion. I'm using SolidWorks for makers, it is $48 for a one-year subscription or even cheaper on special.
I looked at Fusion, but it didn't have in the free version some options to work with STL files/meshes.
SolidWorks is ok for modifying things, but the normal workflow is to create details first, then put them into an assembly, and this is a bit annoying. Just for example, the toolbox for FT17, I would prefer to break it into a few parts, like main chest, top cover, and hinges for printability, but it was easier to model it as one piece.
I can't recall. Is Fusion using the same workflow?
