It's about the size of a Chaffee so I hope the prices will be comparable.

I see a major disconnect there though. The Coolbank tanks are way more detailed than the TongDE ones. The Coolbank Crusader has a crisp molding while my TongDE tanks are much softer detail wise. The 3D renders I've seen on the Coolbank FB page look much better than the TongDE pics. I just posted the question to the Coolbank page to see if they can straighten out the question as to whether or not they are the same.

That's right, but in Stuart's case the details are not so crisp. It's a strange situation. There's a promotion for Tongde products on the Coolbank fanpage ;)

Stuart was the first one out, and was designed with M8 in mind too.

That seems to be contradicted by the caption under the most recent Coolbank YouTube clip of their prototype Matilda: "As we announced earlier, we are developing a new product, the "British Matilda Tank," which has entered early structural feasibility testing and is expected to be released in the second half of next year (2026)."

It's quite possible they do have a relationship with Tongde and share designs with them but it looks like they are still forging ahead with their own releases.

I asked Coolbank on their latest YouTube video if that is the model being released by Tongde and the response was: "Different brands naturally have different designs, and even the details and prices can vary significantly.😊"

It sounds to me like Coolbank is releasing their own model.

Okay, so we'll have to wait. Especially if Matilda's details are as crisp as Crusader's.
