Are you certain the engine is perfectly parallel to the chassis? It looks like there's a difference. Personally, the gap between the chassis and the side doesn't bother me, but it's not easy to tell from a photo.
Is the box securely attached? Or is there any play in the mount or chassis?

There is play in the final drive gear but it's tiny, and still after moving them it will still be off.
