Yeah, I know, and I got this model, even partially printed it. Unfortunately, it is inaccurate both in overall shape and in the details to the stage that it is easier to model it from scratch than to modify it.
Have been lobbying for a Somua S35 if anyone is listening.
Yes, the Somua model would be great, but I don't have any information about it. With Hotchkiss, I've got plenty of information to model it.
I'll be following with interest.

Some side details, oil streaks, rusted exhaust pipe, etc. With the rust, mat warhishe tuned it down, but it still seems to be ok for me.

And finally the tail. Before mounting the driving trains, I want finish the small details, like the equipment, the towing-chain brackets, and so on.

In the middle of my own FT build so following this one closely.
Do you have link for the springs - seem to be quite hard to source.

YOWZA! YOWZA! YOWZA! Close-up photos of you FT-17 paint job suggest reality, replicating old, not particularly durable finishes that have seen some weather.

I'm sourcing almost everything from Aliexpress. Springs that I'm using are 06. & 0.7mm wire diameter, 30mm length, 9mm spring diameter.
I found 0.7mm a bit stiff for drive trains, so I changed it to 0.6mm, and am using 0.7mm for the hull to drive train suspension.
