The green was Mr Hobby laquer 'Russian green (2)' but a significant amount of black was added to both cool and darken the tone

I think all that's left is that I might add those reflective surfaces inside the hatches, as suggested by Pavel and Herman previously in the thread,
otherwise, if you have any other suggestions, let me know! :D

Only problem, the speaker has been sounding awful, and been very quiet, and today it finally died, after not very long of operation.

Is replacing it with another HengLong speaker the best move? Or is it worth using an aftermarket/3rd party brand?

The little rectangle speakers are weak.
Go a Visiton VR7 in an enclosure if you can.
