Looking good so far. I don't think you can get rid of 100% of the print lines on something this detailed.

Thanks :). There are some ways to get rid of print lines, even when there are a lot of small details. It's just time-consuming.

Road weels/rollers painted black, postprocessed with some drybrushed steel colour and oil/rust washes.

Just linked a few tracks together to test it. It was printed with Bambulab ABS silver filament to have a metallic look.
I gently brushed it with uPVC pipe cement, just enough to get suck in into the plastic without damaging it. This way it reinforces layers adhesion and seals all the gaps.
If you add a bit of Mr.Hobby dissolved putty, it would hide the layers a bit and make the plastic easily sandable.

Tracks were dry-brushed to see the effect, and a bit of oil and rust wash was added to see how it looks.

The turret was just printed, but no post-processing except for one coat of uPVC pipe cement. Luboš hasn't designed gun elevation and recoil. So, I need to think about how I want it to be mounted and design it.
