Panicking

Post by TechnotheTigard »

So, I bought metal roadwheels and suspension arms for my panther G from forgebear tanks, they arrive and I was super stoked, I started the day it came, unscrewed the plastic henglong roadwheels, took all the suspension arms out, spent a while attempting to figure out how it went together
I have spent over 15 hours for the past three days attempting to figure out what is wrong
No matter what I do the suspension arms refuse to sit right, I have absolutely no idea what the hell is wrong with it
The suspension arms simply won't sit tight in the grooves

Currently I'm feeling pretty low, so I'm pushing past my embarrassment so that hopefully one of you can go "Hey you did this wrong you're a dumbass" this is my first time doing anything like this and I'm hoping to turn this whole thing into a learning experience

They actually look ok.
But have you installed the flat washers that usually go under the arms, inside the springs?
Also, what is actually wrong ? Nothing obvious is showing as an issue.
H/L arms will wiggle a bit, no matter how tight you make them in, but only if the washers are in place.
