They say lunacy and genius are very close.
Whilst most peoples initial reaction might be what is this guy on and can I have some. I would suggest a second look may not be too far from the truth. As we know the Germans were forever trying to put bigger guns on existing chassis. So a Panzer III with the L48 was considered I have not seen one with the 88mm (Yet). Then a hybrid Panzer III Panzer IV with front sloping armour and the long 75 was another project. If you want to fit an 88 on a chassis, try the 38t Chassis, the Germans did build that. So you see you are not too far off the mark.

However I would recommend lots of rest in a dark room, take the medication and ask nurse before you start your next project.

To be fair as a Sherman guy I’m yet to make Sherman 3/4/5 and will never make the movie fury. Although I may have a crack at the W.O.T t34-88 just for the fans at shows
