That looks like it's your idler arm is the issue. It's a well known issue on the Tamiya KT that the idler system is just terrible. You need to buy one of these. I have them in both of my Tamiya KTs

Take a look inside at the axle on the right side. It's a bit of a pain because the speakerbox is installed now but you should be able to tighten up the one bolt on that drum thing that works itself loose which is causing the loose idler arm. I assume you built the Tamiya so check out the assembly instructions on that awful system. I totally recommend the Henntec fix. The tracks are also awful on the Tamiya KT. All of my other Tamiyas the tracks work great

Right should I reposition the arm according to the menu and than tighten it up, what does that do since right now my issue is more of the wheel not being able to move freely because it’s obstructed by the one behind it?

The wheel in front of your idler is moving in reverse. It can't move going forward because the track is pulling the idler against it. Your issue is totally the idler being loose and moving. it's not the rearmost wheel. Take the track off and then the upper hull to see inside what has come loose causing the idler to move. Idlers don't move back and forth

Going to do that now, I fully understand the concept now, will tightening it up and repositioning it the idler arm work?

Thank you

It should. It probably is just one tightening bolt onto the axle that has come loose. Make sure you reposition the idler back to it's proper positions to have the correct tension on the track again

Just use a translator app and your phone camera. That is what i used. It's been 4 years since I did mine. I think you have to drill a hole in the side of the hull iirc. It's not difficult but I can't remember how exactly it's done. Suffice to say I was new to RC tanks at that point and even I got it right
