Hi Herman!
That set in the tanned Kharkov Pakas above, were made for a modeller colleague in Germany.
He does not have a Kuebel either.
He send me pics, he put the driver into his Asiatam Opel Blitz, fitted like a glove he said, no cutting needed.
The other 4 Grenadiers he did put on a Beute Panzer KV1.
He send me some pics, looks great too.
Cannot post those pics on here, because it's not my KV1.....
So yes, it can be done putting them onto another vehicle besides a Kuebel.

In fact, I reckon he wouldnt mind at all
