I've always been a bit unsure of the outline of the mato KT. Something didn't quite look right. However I think this must have been in my head. Once the skirts were off and the tools stripped it looked bob on.
Infact the atak zim for the tamiya KT fitted really really well for the most part, most adjustment was stuff inside the sheets, but the overall outline was bob on.
I've got a few bits to fill in and tidy up but I think with some better tools and cables it'll be a looker.
The worst part by far so far was removing the kugleblend for the resin one. Slipped and took a chunk out my finger! Definitely reminded me why full metal tanks and major surgery should be avoided at all costs!
