Quite simply What and How. I am guessing I will need some app of a kind to reduce the image size?

I use Imgur to post my pics and just link them in my build threads.

You can use "Paint" or any of the media viewers you have on your computer to resize the photo to <3mb. My samsung phone downsizes them automatically for posting. Not sure about iPhones. There's a couple of posts in the "Help" forum at the bottom of the forums page that walks you through the various methods.
