Haya TK6.3

Hi chaps,
This may be a long shot but....
Was using my Haya TK6.3 board all was fine then it just shut off, lights flashing and nothing else, changed the battery tried again, servos responded by twitching like they do when power is sent to them via the board and the speaker clicks and rear lights flash but will not start, tried re- binding the tx just in case and no change, no smell of burning or anything from the mfu, even changed batts in the Tx i am at a loss, if any one has any ideas.
I fear the worst
