I can see where you're drawing a comparison .. :think: :) ... just wanted to hide the on/off switch and give a crew member something to do ... the on/off switch on the No 1 boat similarly hidden by a small box but in a different position ....incidentally, on both boats the torpedo's are both 1/35 Italeri ones that fitted the Lindberg 1/32 tubes well, with a minor mod to the inside of the front of the tubes that is .. and on something of a technical point, I have not tried to represent a particular boat but gone for a generic PT boat, research showing that the only time they all looked the same was when they left the factory as they were heavily modified, not to say personalised by the Captains and crews to suit their deployments.
