Fun New Hobby For a Disabled Veteran
Hello my name is Jared i am new to this hobby, but i so far i love it. I served as an armor crewman in the U.S Army so tanks are my Special interest you could say, I'm currently the owner of an m60 but am currently looking to add a M113 to my 1/16 armor company to serve as our headquarters platoon vehicle. If anyone has any recommendations for an M113 i would be happy to hear them. I have looked into the andy's hobby rc conversion but i have been discouraged by the quality of the tracks provided in the kit. Any way nice to meet you all

Welcome here !
The AHHQ M113 tracks are not that bad, I'm not very concerned about it but if you want bullet proof tracks just buy 1.2mm steel pins on aliexpress for a few euros !

19Kilo2001 I'd bet that was your call name at some time? No? Welcome! Ask questions and have fun with your M60. I have the Tongde early M60 (no reactive armor, etc.) and like the way it runs, although have not assembled the details nor painted yet. Of course, we absolutely love photos of progress, no matter how humble. (Hey, even mine are tolerated.
