Well actually it was not in production when I bought mine something like 2 or 3 years ago... paid one a fortune... of course it has been reissued a few months later for super cheap lol, it can be found on Aliexpress for 50-60 euros.
[edit] Looks like they are not available again !

Yeah, they are getting rare and expensive again. I still haven't had the ones I ordered from KitLinx shipped. My feeling about that company was correct as I know the owner is a piece of work. I'm going to let it ride to see if they ever deliver the kits. They did decrease the number on hand from 3 to 1 after my order, but the order hasn't been pulled and shipped yet. Site says, "1 in stock, ships immediately". Such BS.

I hope they're not pulling the same schtick the seller on Aliexpress was with me. It's in stock until we need one--and then it isn't. A great hobby shop in Canada pulled through for me and I had the kit in 3 days. It's a jewel!
Of course that led to ahem, yet another Takom kit from a hobby shop in Winnipeg. Delivery in 6 days. Time to get small, as Steve Martin used to say!
Mike.

ColemanCollector: I built the Chinese Type 94 some three or four years ago. It is a great kit. I left it clean stock with the rear hatch open and the young Chinese fellow sitting atop the turret with his red flower, smiling as if he were a proud but inexperienced tanker parading before a supportive crowd.

Glad to hear you found it a good kit. The tracks look really delicate but we'll cross that bridge...

Kitlinx still hasn't shipped mine. I actually found one cheaper on eBay and it arrived today. I'm sure I'll have to do a chargeback on this as they never responded to my Email about status. I will be calling them to cancel, but it seems from a lot of internet post they don't answer the phone either.
So my advice...stay far away from Kitlinx for your purchases. My initial trepidation was spot on.

How can it be so hard for some people? Receive money, package kit, send kit. Next order.
