for the Feifel air cleaners on the rear deck of the HL Tiger 1 ???

You could just buy some silicon hose at the required diameter and cut to length, but beyond that not a clue

get some electrical braiding? Put that around a bit of plastic tube/hose and it could look okay?

You should find something in this thread. When I search "Feifel hose" this comes up, but it doesn't send me to the right page, but it must be in there. A crazy build log with lots of skill and ideas!
