Yes, I've initiated the return process -- the package has already been picked up for shipping back to the store. You are right, I was curious that the styrofoam had so much damage, but the external packaging (while not pristine) did not have as much.

A shame since I got my Tiger from them (I am happy with my Tiger!) and they actually have the best prices that I've seen (in Asia, at least). I even planned to buy more tanks from them. :'(

2. inches.

It's built in Asia , it's metric. Theres only one country still insisting on using feet and inches.
