Love this build. Can you post some pictures of how you attached and modified the cab, please?

I purchased the B36-3, truck and trailer to go with my T72. I knew the trailer was short and was to narrow, But that can be worked around. One word of warning, the out fit struggles to move with the T72 on the trailer. With a heavy Challenger I think it will really struggle. I fitted the two speed gear box, and all metal running gear, as it broke the plastic propeller shafts.

The plan is to widen & extend the trailer with aluminium angle to carry a Chally II or Leopard 2a6.

I upgraded the plastic cab chassis braces to ally, metal propshafts fitted, and metal axle gears to fit too.

Two speed gearbox, and probably metal axles will be going on at some point.

It concerns me A Chally II with metal gbox, tracks etc is freakishly heavy. Level road transporting only I guess

I need to chop/bend some perspex for a perma-fixing for the cab. I'll get pics when the main butchery is over.

More faffing about atm with wheels/axles etc.

Not much exciting progress.

I painted the Scania cab. Not sure if it needs the grille painted too.

The MAN cab has the rear fairing which closes the gap in a nicer way. I'll keep an eye out for a Scania cab with the fairing going second hand. I can't bring myself to spend £100'ish on a new truck to split apart.

Toying with rear axle twin tyre formations, and front size and width to suit... and still allow sufficient clearance for steering geometry.
