Re: East Midlands Tank Meet
Is this still going ahead? There are a couple of people on FB that are interested and may be coming along. They are a farther and son, and seem quite new to me to RC tanks and would like to meet others for advice and help.
Re: East Midlands Tank Meet
Depending on just how bad the weather turns out to be this weekend, I plan to pop over and say hi.
Re: East Midlands Tank Meet
Ooh... more news.
In a related note.... after looking at the weather, we've postponed until Sunday 23rd February, same place, same time

Re: East Midlands Tank Meet
Well, it sort of went ahead yesterday.
Problem is, I forgot there were two car parks, quite a way apart
(oops) and it started to rain...
Still, had a bit of a run with a couple of the tanks, and made one little lad's Morning with them..
I'll post better information here and on FB later for a March meetup, probably towards the end of the month again.

"[m]ade one little lad's Morning with them." Then it must have been fun; it certainly was worthwhile.
