JohnWhyte I had been wondering why the gun recoil was but a tiny twitch. Good grief, how dumb can I be?

Quite a few of the early ones shipped like that. It's only obvious when you open up the turret, or read comments in one of the threads on here....

Right, RobW, I opened the hull, but never the turret, except to peek in from the hatches on top. I did not see the inner end of the barrel until you alerted me. Then I peeked from behind the hatches and saw that half of the gun was depressed inside. I did notice that the elevation and recoil use servos, so I am hoping that Coolbank has a versatile MFU system and will learn more in development of AFVs. Slow down; make just a little more noise; suit hardware to its visual effect, too.

With all those Stuart out, was someone able to correct the look of the suspension arms? They should be more compressed (more in a straight line than like an inverted "V"). It looks pretty easy to correct the stance but that may lead to some other problems (chassis too close to the ground etc).

Nice Stuart! love the paint job
. I gave in and treated myself to one of these M5'S from HAYA and love it! got some parts from Forgebears and used a bit of artistic licence/historical innacuracy and Voila! (my Stepdads father Alec Herron was a DR but I've only seen these markings on an M3 so apologies if inaccurate
) only issue i have is when turning to the right the engine rev up sound doesn't kick in till halfway through the turn? had to remove a link from each side too to stop tracks binding, but all good now... Brilliant wee Tank for the price what with 3 servo's, recoil + flash + the dual drive...yeah is a wee bitty fast but then it was used a re-con vehicle so all good for hasty retreats from those pesky Tigers and Panthers!

Only thing to find now is where the spotlight plugs into on the board(s) to utilise this function via the 'K' button as per manual?
