im bumping this topic, i'd quite like to see what Mr Impact has to say about it.

Why does Impact need to defend itself?

Their gearcase covers are different then Wight's.

OK they took a shortcut by buying Wight's and copying that, but if they'd designed their own from scratch then they'd still look the same.
