Although the print files maybe designed for hl gearboxes so the or not may be better

Just to finish off the pictures of the single motor servo steering set up. I reinstalled the motor and gear reduction as I received the assembly from Mike. I borrowed the truck puller motor (the best low rpm high torque 540 I could find) along with the 4:1 gear reduction to power the drive wheels on the large DUKW. It worked but was well underpowered for that heavy model.

I did remove some additional aluminum around the motor for clearance of the electrical bits. These weren't designed for the addition of the gear reduction. Mike managed to make it fit and I just wanted more space. I doubt the MKIV was a high speed vehicle.
