Post by Exhibitedbrute »

So I have this sitting around doing well nothing and I plan making it something

The rules are WWII commonwealth armies. Not British, serving in Italy or Normandy as it’s the late a1 hull

Somewhere, there's a Churchill looking for its slippers!

Tough one. It seems that most of the M4A1(75) with large hatches were American, a lot of them became DDs for D-Day. You can change to a 76mm turret and have a Sherman which was used by the British, Poles etc.

The original plan was to swap the original turret which is now on an a3 for that turret and make it a South African unit. Although as the Canadian firefly will be covered in Churchill tracks and I have some small hatches ready to fit. Just be a case of filling the gaps and making slight adjustments. I could get away with it

But then those hatches in the photo look pretty big to me in comparison to the earlier small hatch

On an unrelated topic while I’m waiting for my cable because I lost the last lot I bought, has anyone done and front mudguards for the Churchill yet

Not sure how that would be possible as not a single Canadian Grizzly made it to Europe. There is NO evidence. Contrary to some peoples claims who haven't shown a shred of evidence.
Although a composite would be feasible.

Why is it that alien space ship photos and possible Grizzly sighting pictures are ALWAYS overly blurry compared to other tanks and airplanes
