Well Hellooo!..Guten Tag..Zdravstvuyte!..Howdy!
Hi There and greetings from the west coast of Scotland
. I Started collecting and running my HL tanks after getting rid of the ol' motorbikes 4 years ago (to stop me from going mad
) and it quickly went from just a Tiger one to a Sherman, a T-90, then a Challenger 2, plus a M-16 Halftrack and two trucks! and I want more!! (just got the rochobby Kubelwagen there..Oh My!!) I Was always online looking for advice/mods etc for upgrading and the information on here is brilliant so figured about time I should sign up, not much in the way of Tank clubs here in my area so be good to be in the company of fellow Tankers

Halo agus Failte gu foram bho Earra Ghaidheal agus Eileen Bhoid, Alba.
Hello and welcome from Argyll and Bute.
A nice collection. Please join in , and ask lots of questions. We also need photographs. Not many Tank Clubs in my area either.

I highly approve of your "rate of acquisition."
Although there are no clubs near you, to the perspective of this north American, everywhere in Scotland is rather near (and nice). I, too, enjoy and learn from photos and hope you will have a fine time joining in the fun with questions and wisecracks like all the other Scots here on RCTW.

Welcome to the forum Redballrunner! I thought it fitting that Meter rat gave the first welcome as you two are near neighbors. I like the selection of your collection. We all love pictures, and I look forward to see some of your work.

"Hello and welcome to the forum from Argyll and Eileen Boyd, Scotland." Might Eileen be Eibhlin and Aibhlin or more likely eilean or even innis?

Did a trip in the Ps Waverley myself the other week. Sailed from Dunoon across to Greenock, Kilcreggan, Loch Goil and back. A great Wednesday evening Cruise. That is a clue to where I live.Redballrunner73 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 27, 2024 2:14 pm Well Hi there Folks thanks very much for the welcome, offt i was just 'ower the water' in Argyle & Bute but just a couple of weeks ago aboard the ol' PS Waverley, Absolutely stunning!!, fancy meeting a fellow west-coaster.
