Found the original picture from the guy leaning out the left turret hatch.
But he's in a Panzer III.

PzKw. III or IV, the gunner or loader leaning out of those unique hatches seems to be a "must." After all, those turrets were cramped. The young tanker in the photo looks as weathered as his whitewashed tank. I would imagine the air in those turrets could get quite "ripe." :sick:

It is a Panzer 3 for sure in the pic!
You can seen that by the extra armor in front of the turret, no driver's hatch and the spare roadwheels in front of the toolbox.
