Two hundred and forty-eight? Yikes, I remember so clearly the "Bicentennial." Why does everyone around here look so young?

Good Afternoon!
Thank you, Mr. Bix. Rough going for a little bit now but the States have pulled through bad spots before and will again with our Friends across the Atlantic. Happy Fourth of July!

Happy Independence Day!!!
Fed 240 ppl for lunch today and another 150 ppl for BBQ dinner. It's a different type of holiday when you're in the hospitality biz. But I'm home relatively early and am hearing all the fireworks going off in the distance.

I was 5 but I remember all the parades and fanfare.Herr Dr. Professor wrote: ↑Thu Jul 04, 2024 5:26 pm Two hundred and forty-eight? Yikes, I remember so clearly the "Bicentennial." Why does everyone around here look so young?
