We lost Ellie four years ago to cancer.

Domino has now joined us - a nutty pointer cross.

I would rather not have any more, although I think my missus will probably scupper that notion.

Ad Lav and Son of a gun-ner: thanks for the updates. It just seems right to recognize these current and former stars of this off topic RCTW thread.

Have a picture of Bailey in eye protection goggles while he was having faith healing laser treatment on his scar.

Just read this all the way through. Funny, and heartbreaking at the same time. Some wonderful companions. Unfortunately, I have never been able to enjoy the companionship of either cats or dogs, or any pets due to allergies. Would love a couple of Spaniels if I was able.

We have just adopted some ex-commercial hens that were due to go to slaughter. Had them 5 weeks now. They are funny, inquisitive, destructive, and exceedingly friendly. Unlike or last bunch of bantam hens, which were feral sycophants. The best bit is they are companions with benefits. They give us beautiful eggs, which we can share with friends.

Several of the neighbors have chickens. They really are fun to watch and interact with.

Pavel: What fun! Is that you in the mirror looking at the little kittens?
Meter rat  Were any eggs--or other goodies--deposited in the house? Enjoy the clucks. I'm glad you can breathe easily around feathers.

There may have been things that weren’t an egg. They were only allowed in the hall. 😂😂😂

Pavel. My wife has just asked if she can have them.

This is Domino - our nutty Pointer cross.

She had some big paws to fill but has settled in well. We e had her three years now, rescued from Gran Canaries!
