I should have explained that I have one of the Metal Origin Puma kits (as well as the new Andy's Hobbies static model). So I am interested in learning what I can before I even attempt the Metal Origin one.

On Puma from metal origins, my first impressions:
1. it is advisable to replace the original gears. but if not replace them, be sure to put washers.
2. cvd should be selected or refined. as for refinement, there are at least 3 solutions on the forum. I am interested in Met5 option (but he does not answer me).
3. The servo drive platform should be modified to 4 mounts instead of 2.
4. I don't know how in the latest revisions, but in the first revisions, the upgrades interfered with the operation of the main parts. For example, the motor rests on the stiffener, the gearbox from the turret rests on the motor and the lid does not close, cvd bones have the wrong stroke and the wheels bounce.

Thanks, Derek. CA is a good glue for torsions. I finished 2nd track. maybe tomorrow it will be first run for my 251.
