Remove the tracks. There's four more screws above them.

Can it be you have to have a split out and open plastic track to get them off?

I managed to unscrew the screws under the fenders without removing the tracks, you need to aim carefully ;)

It's easy to do, just push out a pin partway with a small nail or awl, and then pull out with pliers.
