New from Normandy

Post by Brouillax »

Hello every one,

I'm from France / Normandy / Caen ( where we could see a lot of tanks some 80 years ago/

I'm interested in 1/6 scale (i own a RC jeep willys fron RocHobby witk some light customisation and 2 DID passengers and a Kettenkrad From 21st which will be truned in rc)

They will be on exposition for the 80th anniversary.
And a Friend of mine has just introduced me to the 1/6th RC tanks , with a Sherman and a M5 Stuart.

I must say that now, iwant my own mine ! :D
I'mlooking for a Sherman or a Stuart B|

Regards

Welcome to the forum Brouillax. Sounds like you are off to a great start. If you haven't seen it yet we have been working on some "group builds" and several are D-Day themed, attempting to have them ready for the 80th anniversary. viewforum.php?f=125.

Welcome to the forum Brouillax.

I'm a 1/16 guy but I can definitely appreciate the bigger girls.

Welcome! Welcome! Monsieur Brouillax. Southern Wisconsin, U.S. is a long way from Normandy. If you really do endure 400 rainy days each year, you certainly have plenty of opportunity to stay indoors to work on 1/6 RC tanks and other vehicles. I do hope you will post some photos of your Jeep and your Kettenrad as you work on it. And yes, indeed, an M4 or a Stuart in 1/6 would be grand.

Welcome! Normandy will probably be full of events this year due to the 80th anniversary of D-Day.
