Re: Hello
Not at all ignoring you.
LONG long story but, I had computer problems that kept me off-line for about two weeks.
Your (meter rat) ferries travel in less protected waters than any of the Mull ferries, hence they Mull ones travel more often than yours.
Having said that, islanders and we visitors have to keep an eye on the Cal-Mac app to see if the ferries are still going.
"Your son either has a sense of humour, or dislikes you if he has bought you a Challenger. "
No unsurmountable problems so far, mind you with the track issue haven't got a lot of use out of it.
Re. Challenger problems :- a rifled gun seems to be the main sticking point (indeed the Challenger III is going to have a smooth bore).
I wonder what the British army is going to use instead of its beloved HESH rounds.

I have been on the Mull one, even when Meter rat was stuck early last October by the drenching rains. I wish I could come back and meet you all in Glasgow at the Pot Still, but the ferry across the Atlantic puddle is forbiddingly expensive.

Re: Hello
Awe, don't worry about us, there are plenty of folks around here that disappear and reappear working on their so highly detailed tanks that it takes 10 years to finish.cheesesoup wrote: ↑Wed Mar 06, 2024 1:32 pm Not at all ignoring you.

I myself am guilty of the 10 years to finish a tank...ok more like 9 at this point for my oldest project that isn't finished.
