Ebay....

Post by tiger205 »

Well! It seems you can sell just about anything on ebay these days. I had this show up on another forum I use and thought it was too 'different' not to share  ::) I honestly cannot believe that this item sold tho, take a look  :D :D :D

Hi Alison,

Never seases to amaze me the world we live in today. When I went to school so many years ago,the poor kids wore jeans to school with a hole here and there.A lot of them with patches here and there.A lot of kids was imbarresed about this when the were getting up in the higher grades,as the young one's didn't know any better.

Then a few years back the style was to take new jeans and tear holes in them if you wanted to be cool.Bleach stains all over them was also very cool----Wearing clothes about 4 sizes to big for you is suppose to make you look cool-----To "WHO " I have yet to figure out.But what the hell it all makes the world go round---- ??? ???

A few years back they had places set up every-where you went in town where they were buying old used jeans. They said these were all going to "Russia" to be resold there. It is appearent this was the big craze at that time, and if you had a used pair of U.S. jeans on you were one of the cool people.  ( I guess the term "COOL" is still used  ???? )

I think you will find that the buyers of this guys 'well used work jeans' fall into the same category as those who buy used lingerie. It takes all sorts to make a world I suppose. Makes me wish I had kept my old Y-fronts, I would be a wealthy man now!  :o
