Clark Cromwell

Post by Mithras »

Clark was apparently going to release an RTR Cromwell. Still on their website, but no information about price and the linked vendors don’t appear to have it. Did this ever happen?

Nope. Clark was going to make a BT-7 and then the Cromwell. He announced the project in March of 2019. Then he asked for input as to what people wanted and he got answers from all over the tanking world for hundreds of different models. Then we never heard anything about the project. Less than a month later Hooben announced their Cromwell which shipped like a year later.

Yeesh. Maybe a case of too many people demanding too many things?

He's always been a little flaky when it comes to taking input or suggestions from others. I was willing to take a chance on his BT-7, but alas it never materialized. He is notoriously bad at keeping his website up and running also. He has been taking advice on sound from our guy Stian Sollie so maybe he's changing his ways. I would've given people the choice of a couple of tanks and had them vote. You give people too much freedom and they will just run with it.

Agreed. Have had the same issues with polling for choices for our miniatures company.
